The Hotspring Beach Resort and Spa

I truly loved and enjoyed everything. It’s such an amazing place to completely unwind and reset. You wake up to the sound of birds, step outside for a peaceful morning walk surrounded by nature, and then enjoy a delicious breakfast with plenty of options for every taste. After that, you can soak in the hot springs pool, refresh in the cold plunge, or relax in the saltwater pool — the perfect ritual for both body and mind. The beach is also beautiful — with comfortable lounges and shaded areas, and it’s not crowded at all. You can truly enjoy a peaceful, quiet day by the sea, listening to the waves and completely relaxing. It’s an ideal destination if you’re looking for a physical and mental reset. The atmosphere is calm, grounding, and deeply restorative. I also really appreciated that the resort is pet-friendly — my dogs absolutely loved the open space and peaceful surroundings. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food is excellent for both lunch and dinner, and we also enjoyed high-quality massages at the spa — such a treat. Overall, it’s a beautiful sanctuary, away from the crowdness and I already plan my next visit.

I had a beautiful stay and truly enjoyed everything.||In the morning, we woke up to the sound of birds. It felt calm and peaceful. I loved taking a quiet walk with my dogs before breakfast. The breakfast has many options and everything is fresh and tasty. After that, you can relax in the hot springs pool, cool down in the cold plunge, or swim in the saltwater pool. It makes you feel refreshed and relaxed.||The beach is also wonderful. There are comfortable lounges and shaded areas, and it is not crowded. You can spend a quiet, peaceful day by the sea and really switch off.||The resort is pet friendly, which was perfect for me. My dogs loved the space and the nature around.||The rooms are big, very clean, and have everything you need. The food is great for both lunch and dinner, and the massages are very good quality.|The prices are not high and align with other 4 star hotels. ||It’s a perfect place if you want peace and time to rest, relax, and reset your body and mind.||I can't wait to go back next month. ||Thank you to all for making our short break unforgettable.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The swimming pools and hot springs are fantastic, and the cuisine is outstanding. Breakfasts were good, although they could be a bit more varied. What truly captured my heart was the wild beach just a 5-minute walk from the hotel — absolutely stunning. The staff was very kind and helpful; their English was limited, but communication was still manageable. During the Christmas holidays, the hotel organized a jazz concert, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. The spa is excellent. I truly regret not spending more time here with my family. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely! We'd usually opt for the cheapest budget room we can find but decided to treat ourselves on our first night for getting over the jet lag, and by check out time the following morning decided to book a second night! The room was clean, comfy, secure, beautiful views, good shower, good air con, nice selection of toiletries provided. The pools were the best bit, very pretty and laid out so that even at the busiest times you weren't surrounded by / looking at too many other people. There are two hot spring pools at between 42-46° temperature, a large "normal" pool with access to pool bar (though no one was drinking / partying loudly and it was very relaxing) and a cool pool of apparently 16° which we weren't brave enough to try! The scenery and gardens were absolutely beautiful and well cared for. Lots of room to explore including the river and beach. The restaurants were all pretty and the food was delicious, even if it was overly priced in comparison with other more budget areas (2-5x more expensive depending where you go). Breakfast included with the room was an excellent selection, everything you could want for breakfast. And of course the staff were all lovely, they're the ones keeping things going and making it a great experience for everyone, thank you

Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits dans cet hôtel via "Voyage Privé" qui nous l'a vendu comme étant à Khao Lak. En réalité, regardez bien sur Google Maps, cet hôtel est situé au milieu de nulle part (à 40 km de l'entrée de Khao Lak). Donc si vous aimez la tranquillité, c'est parfait, mais si vous aimez les environnements animés, passez votre chemin. Même avec une voiture ou un scooter, c'est très difficile de trouver un bar ou un restaurant dans un rayon de 30 kms. En ce qui concerne le site de l'hôtel en lui-même, il est très agréable et bien aménagé. Nous avons apprécié la qualité et l'entretien des espaces verts et de l'espace aquatique (piscines et jaccuzis). Côté hébergement, nous avions une chambre "vue mer" assez récente, calme, spacieuse et confortable même si elle manquait cruellement de rangements au regard de sa surface. Le ménage a été très bien fait au quotidien. Le seul bémol est l'appel à prière de la mosquée voisine tous les jours/nuits à 4h du matin et les bateaux de pêcheurs très bruyants sur la rivière en contrebas. Pour un resort qui se vante du calme et de la tranquillité du lieu, ce n'est vraiment pas le cas. L'hôtel dispose d'une très belle et grande plage accessible via un pittoresque ponton en bois. Malheureusement, rien n'est fait pour la rendre agréable ... quelques transats en bois très inconfortables (sans matelas) sur lesquels mon dos a crié grâce ... un drapeau rouge vous rappelant que la baignade serait dangereuse et dispensant l'hôtel de toute responsabilité ... Il n'y a aucun service de plage, ne serait-ce même qu'au travers d'un QR code permettant de commander une boisson fraîche. On voit clairement que la priorité est donnée à l'espace piscine ouvert la journée aux personnes extérieures à l'hôtel et souvent très bruyantes, au détriment de la clientèle hébergée. La restauration est très moyenne tant au niveau de la cuisine que du service. Un serveur sur 2 ne parle ni ne comprend l'anglais. Les tables sont à peine nettoyées après le passage précédent. Les plats sont sans saveur et très souvent tièdes, l'attente est interminable et quand finalement on est servi, le plat précédent n'a pas été débarrassé ... Enfin, le pire a été l'accueil à l'arrivée ... pas de verre de bienvenue ... des explications sur l'hôtel qui se sont limitées à la fourniture d'un plan des infrastructures ... en gros, démerdez-vous ! L'hôtel loue des scooters mais à un prix exorbitant (600 THB / jour). Nous avons donc trouvé un loueur qui nous a proposé un scooter quasi neuf à 250 THB / jour (+150 THB de livraison et récupération du scooter à l'hôtel) : "69 Motorbike Rental" à Khok Kloi. En conclusion, on voit que c'est un établissement qui ne mise absolument pas sur la fidélisation de ses clients. Ils travaillent avec des agences de voyage pour assurer leur remplissage et une fois que vous êtes arrivé, vous n'avez d'autre choix que de tout consommer sur place à des prix prohibitifs pour la qualité délivrée.

Par où commencer?? Allez, un peu de positif ! L'hôtel est très grand, verdoyant et joliment décoré. Le côté piscine est correct, bien que trop petit et aucune piscine profonde, on a vite fait le tour! L'hôtel a construit un joli ponton pour accéder à la plage, c'est top, mais plusieurs drapeaux rouges interdisent la baignade! ( les gens se baignent quand même car sans danger). Notre chambre était située bien loin du centre vivant de l'hôtel, et était correcte. Passons à la partie repas... nous étions en demi-pension, petit-déjeuner + 1 repas, soir ou midi au choix. 2 restaurants disponible, un pour le soir sous forme de buffet, et un autre avec un menu spécial. Le buffet n'est vraiment pas varié, les plats sont froids, et le service vraiment désagréable et long!!! Les boissons sont payantes, même l'eau !!! Tout est fait pour que vous consommiez un max et au prix fort!! De plus, l'hôtel est vraiment isolé, aucun restaurant ni magasins dans les alentours ! Obligé de prendre un taxi pour sortir de cette prison dorée ! Une seule navette par jour vous amène 1h dans 2 petits magasins, mais il faut réserver à l'avance car seulement 8 places par jour!!! Nous avons trouvé des grab mais pas tout le temps et assez cher! Environ 900 bht pour aller à kao lak ( 50mn). Pour résumer, si vous avez les moyens et que votre but est de rester à l'hôtel sans bouger, ça peut le faire. Sinon, fuyez!!!

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience at this restaurant. First of all, we couldn’t properly have dinner with our friends at this seaside restaurant because they didn’t have a high chair for our baby. For a place that welcomes families, not having even a single baby chair is unacceptable. There was simply nowhere safe to seat our child. Secondly, the service was extremely poor. One of the drinks we ordered was never brought to us — they completely forgot about it. The waiters were very slow and had poor English, which made communication difficult. We waited about 40 minutes for our food while the restaurant was practically empty. That is absolutely unreasonable. We are very disappointed. We will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place.

Sehr schönes Resort. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön. Highlight des Resorts sind die heißen Quellen bei denen man wieder Kraft tanken kann. Vor Ort gibt es ein Fitness Studio. Von außen konnte man sehen, dass es mindestens Hanteln und Kardio Geräte hat. Das Resort hat einen kleinen Strandbereich, der leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Hier gibt es leider etwas wenige Liegen. Man sollte wenn man später kommt aufjedenfall damit rechnen, dass man im Sand liegen muss. Die Pool und heiße Quellen sind perfekt um sich zu entspannen. Das Resort bietet noch viel mehr Dinge, die bei einem 3 Nächte Aufenthalt nicht vollständig nutzen konnte. Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr Variantenreich. Es gab neben klassischen westlichen Frühstück auch Reisgerichte und Obst.
